致北京建筑大学全体国际学生的新年祝福

亲爱的同学们：
2020年已走进尾声，我们即将沐浴在2021年新的朝阳下！
刚刚过去的2020年是极不平凡的一年，突如其来的疫情让全球陷入巨大的健康危机，让大部分的国际学生与母校异国分离。刚刚过去的2020年又是伟大并见证奇迹的一年，我校的120余名国际学生克服时空及网络的限制，通过线上教学的方式继续学业，保障各项教育教学计划如期顺利完成。我们通过微信、电子邮件、视频及语音通话始终保持密切联络。虽然相隔万里，但是我们的心彼此相依！
Dear students,
The year 2020 is coming to an end and we are going to be surrounded by the warm sunshine of the year 2021.
The year 2020 is extraordinary. The sudden epidemic has plunged the world into a huge health crisis and most of the international students stayed in their countries which are far away from our university. The year 2020 is also a great year full of miracles,more than 120 international students in our university overcame the limitations of time, space and internet to continue their studies through online teaching. Although none of us were in the classroom, the teaching and learning have never stopped. Finally, the curriculum was completed successfully as scheduled. We always keep in close contact via WeChat, email, video and calls. Although separated by thousands of miles, our hearts stay with each other!
这一年里，我校的国际交流及国际教育工作克服困难、负重前行。学校成立了国际化发展研究院（国际教育学院）、“一带一路”建筑类大学国际联盟线上会议暨校长论坛顺利召开、联盟大学生建筑和结构设计竞赛如期举行；中外学生的交流也日趋密切和频繁，今年我们共有18个国际学生顺利毕业创历史新高、继续举办第四届线上暑期国际学校。我们通过不断完善规章制度，保障了国际学生教育管理的有序运行，扎实推进了国际学生培养体系建设。
During this year, the tasks of international exchanges and international education were completed with many difficulties and were advanced with great burdens. BUCEA established the International Development Research Institute (School of International Education). Conference and Presidents’ Forum of The Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium were organized successfully.Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium University Student Architectural and Structural Design Competition was held according toplan.The exchanges between Chinese and international students are becoming closer and closer. This year, a total of 18 international students successfully graduated which creates a new record. The 4th Online Summer International School was held as usual. Through continuous improvement of regulations, we have ensured the well-organized education and management and have steadily promoted the construction of the training system for international students.
这一年里我们的学习生活依旧精彩纷呈。国际青年暑期云实践、中外青年云对话、中建一局及首都博物馆等专业实践活动、太极拳及茶艺等文化体验课、“Culture Bridge”新年联欢会等丰富多彩的活动使大家全面提升综合能力和专业认知。
This year, the study and life are still brilliant. Professional practice activities have been organized, such as International Youth Online Summer Practice, Online Communication Between Chinese and International Students and Visits of China Construction First Division Group and Capital Museum. Cultural experiences courses, such as Tai Chi and Tea Art, have been arranged. The New Year’s Party “Culture Bridge” also brought happiness. The abundant activities enable everyone to improve their comprehensive ability and professional knowledge.
亲爱的同学们，你们健康快乐的成长就是我们最大的祈愿！我们在这里温情提醒身在异国的同学们，希望你们继续加强个人及家庭防护；在国内的同学们无论住在校外还是校内，请严格遵守中国和当地的法律法规和学校管理规定，并做好严格的安全防范。居住在北京的同学非必要不离校、非必要不离京。如果有紧急事务需要离校、离京，请提前向学校申请，批准后方能离校、离京。
Dear students, your healthy and happy growth is our biggest wish! We are here to remind students in foreign countries that we hope you will continue to strengthen personal and family protection; Students in China, whether living outside or inside the school, please strictly abide by the Chinese and local laws and regulations and school management regulations, and take strict safety precautions.Students living in Beijing do not leave school or Beijing if it is not necessary.
